Fish Ceviche

The perfect warm weather dish, Ceviche is prepared by Tim Curci, Founder of Bonefish Grill. Watch Tim create his own version of this light and delicious fresh fish and seafood dish.
Ingredients
  Snapper 4 Ounce (Yellow Tail)
  Shrimp 4 Ounce (Key West Pink Variety)
  Scallops 4 Ounce
  Key limes 8 , juiced
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Cucumber 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Jalapeno pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cilantro 1 Teaspoon
  Red onion 1 , chopped
  Avocado 1 , cubed
Directions

Mix all the seafood with other ingredients and let it stand for 1 ½ hours before serving. The citrus juices cook the seafood automatically.

Great recipe! I use Bearrs lime instead of lemon.
