Sea Scallops Ceviche

Sea Scallops Ceviche is a mouth watering side dish recipe. An easy to prepare seafood recipe wont let you forget its taste forever. So, give it a try and squander its taste!
Ingredients
  Sea scallops 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Limes 4 , juiced
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Cut the raw scallops into quarters and cover with the lime juice. Marinate one hour or more in the refrigerator. Drain.
2. Combine the onion, parsley and green pepper with the scallops. Add the olive oil, mix well and season with salt and pepper.
