Breakfast Cereal is probably one of the most popular breakfast foods in the world. Rich in fibre, carbohydrates, essential vitamins, minerals, sugars and fats, breakfast cereals may be eaten cold or hot with either milk or water. There are a number of variations of breakfast cereals the world over, such as oats, muesli, cornmeal, poha, etc. Breakfast cereal may be flavored with almonds, raisins, cinnamon, pinenuts, berries, etc.
