Fruit And Cereal Squares
|Whole wheat flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Quick oats||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Margarine||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Jam/Fruit puree||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine first five ingredients.
Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Pat 2/3 of mixture on bottom of ungreasedjellyroll pan (10 by 18 inches).
Spread with jam and sprinkle remaining ingredients over top.
Bake at 350Â°F. for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
