|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts/Almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Cornflakes||4 Cup (64 tbs), crushed|
|Crisp rice cereal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine the vegetable oil, honey and vanilla in a small microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on High for 1 minute and stir until smooth.
Drizzle the honey mixture over the oats mixture and stir until well mixed.
Let the mixture cool.
Stir in the cornflakes, crisp rice cereal and raisins.
