Basic Bulgur

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Stock 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Bulgur 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Raw)
Directions

Heat oil.
Saute bulgur, making sure all grains are coated with oil.
Add stock gradually to bulgur.
Cover tightly.
Simmer gently for 15 minutes or until bulgur has absorbed all liquid.
