This Whole Wheat Cooked cereal makes a delcious meal ! For breakfast or a full meal, add a few fresh vegetables and cheese to this Cracked Wheat Cooked cereal and savor it with some spicy sauces .Tell me how you've liked it !
Ingredients
  Wheat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Method 1: Combine wheat, water, and salt in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to low.
Cover, and simmer for 2 to 3 hours, adding additional water if needed.
Method 2: Combine wheat, water, and salt in a 1quart casserole dish.
Cover, and bake in a 150° F. oven for 6 hours or overnight.
