Whole Wheat Cooked Cereal
|Wheat||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Method 1: Combine wheat, water, and salt in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to low.
Cover, and simmer for 2 to 3 hours, adding additional water if needed.
Method 2: Combine wheat, water, and salt in a 1quart casserole dish.
Cover, and bake in a 150Â° F. oven for 6 hours or overnight.
