Four Grain Cereal
|Rye||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole wheat||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Millet||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole.
Cover, and bake overnight in a 150°F. oven.
NOTE: Barley, oats, and/or buckwheat may be substituted for the above grains.
