Ingredients
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rye 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine salt and water in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Add rye, and cover.
Reduce heat, and let simmer for 1 hour.
