Crunchy Cereal Cookies
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Quick cooking oats||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Corn cereal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable cooking spray||2 Tablespoon|
Combine flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder, and salt.
Cream margarine in a medium bowl; gradually add sugar, beating well.
Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
Stir in flour mixture, mixing well.
Stir in oats, corn flakes, and wheat germ.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 325Â° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool slightly on cookie sheets.
Remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
