Bulgur Or Cracked Wheat Cereal
|Unrefined oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Bulgur/Cracked wheat||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unsweetened coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dried fruit||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped nuts||2 Teaspoon|
Heat a heavy pan.
Add the oil and the bulgur, sesame seeds, wheat germ, and coconut.
Saute until light brown.
Add the water (and salt and dried fruits if desired).
Cover and steam about 25 minutes, until the bulgur is fluffy.
Add nuts to taste.
Serve with milk and honey.
