Ingredients
  Wheatgerm 1 Tablespoon
  Rolled oats/Muesli base 2 Tablespoon
  Barbados sugar/Fruit sugar -2 rounded teaspoons 1 Teaspoon
  Nut butter/Vegan margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (Or As Needed)
  Ground almonds/Cashews 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine all the dry ingredients and add the fat.
2) Now, add lemon juice until the mixture is well incorporated.
3) Shape into small balls and coat them in ground nuts. Keep aside to set.

SERVING
4) Serve food reform cakelets to kids and adults for a quick snack.

TIPS
The cakelets can be rolled in chocolate or any other ingredient for some flavor variation.
