Food Reform Cakelets
|Rolled oats/Muesli base||2 Tablespoon|
|Barbados sugar/Fruit sugar -2 rounded teaspoons||1 Teaspoon|
|Nut butter/Vegan margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon (Or As Needed)|
|Ground almonds/Cashews||2 Tablespoon|
1) Combine all the dry ingredients and add the fat.
2) Now, add lemon juice until the mixture is well incorporated.
3) Shape into small balls and coat them in ground nuts. Keep aside to set.
4) Serve food reform cakelets to kids and adults for a quick snack.
The cakelets can be rolled in chocolate or any other ingredient for some flavor variation.
