Old Soak Powerhouse Cereal

Ingredients
  Chopped sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Millet 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried prunes/Unsprayed unsulphured raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Large Sized)
  Buckwheat groats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, put cereal and water and cook on moderate heat. Add more water if required.
2) Stir and bring to a boil. Do not add sugar as the fruit gives it a natural sweetness.

SERVING
3) Serve with nut milk.
