Cereal And Baked Custard

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cereal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Ready To Eat Variety, Grape Nuts / Granola Etc)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

MAKING
2 In a small bowl, add eggs with milk, sugar, salt and vanilla extract and beat to mix well.
3 In five ungreased (6-oz size) custard cups, ladle the mixture.
4 Sprinkle each with 3 or 4 tablespoons cereal.
5 In a shallow baking dish, place the custard cups and pour hot water to 1/2-inch level around custard cups.
6 Bake for about 35 minutes, or until silver knife inserted in center of custard comes out clean.
7 Place in the refrigerator overnight.

SERVING
8 Serve as desired.
