Egg And Milk Cereal Topping

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Low sodium low fat milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fructose 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Dip the whole egg (in the shell) in boiling water for 30 seconds.
2) Remove the egg from the boiling water and break it into a blender container.
3) Add all remaining ingredients and blend until frothy.

SERVING
4) Pour this topping over cereal for a high-protein, low-sodium breakfast treat Top it with some fresh fruit and you have your entire meal in one bowl.
