Ingredients
  Unpeeled apple 1
  Banana 1⁄2
  White grapes/Red grapes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), halved
  Rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bran 1 Tablespoon
  Wheat germ 1 Tablespoon
  Sunflower seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a cereal bowl, add cubed fruit, sprinkle with oats, bran, wheat germ and sunflower seeds; toss them together

SERVING
2. Can be served plai, or with milk or orange juice
