Orange Cinnamon Cracked Wheat Cereal

Ingredients
  Cracked wheat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 3 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce, freshly squeezed
  Freshly squeezed orange juice 8 Fluid Ounce
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak cracked wheat in water for twelve hours

MAKING
2. In a heavy saucepan, mix the soaked cracked wheat with water, cinnamon and raisins and allow to come to a boil
3. Turn the heat down and simmer till tender; this might take anywhere between ten minutes to half an hour

SERVING
4. Serve hot with juice
