Rice And Raisin Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients
  Brown rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1.In a heavy bottomed saucepan, add all the ingredients and bring them ll to a boil; turn the heat down and simmer for fifteen minutes till most water is absorbed
2. Steam with the lid on for another ten minutes or so till all the waster is absorbed and rice turns tender

SERVING
3. Can be served both plain as well as with skim milk
