Bulgur Breakfast

Ingredients
  Bulgur 175 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Water 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Apple 1 , unpeeled and chopped
  Raisins 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Chop the apple.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, place all the ingredients and boil them over medium heat.
3) Cover the pan, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring ocassionaly.

SERVING
4) Serve the dish in breakfast with skim milk or alone.
