|Regular rolled oats||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Not Quick-Cooking)|
|Peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sunflower seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nonfat dry milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cinnamon||2 Teaspoon, ground|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, seeds, milk and wheat germ.
2. In another bowl or a container combine brown sugar, cinnamon and oil, stirring until smooth.
3. Combine both the mixtures, spread mixture on a cookie sheet and cook at 300Â°F for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.
4. To serve remove from oven, sprinkle with vanilla and allow it to cool.
To keep the mixture keeps well store in an airtight container.
