Ingredients
  Regular rolled oats 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Not Quick-Cooking)
  Peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Sesame seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nonfat dry milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon, ground
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, seeds, milk and wheat germ.
2. In another bowl or a container combine brown sugar, cinnamon and oil, stirring until smooth.
3. Combine both the mixtures, spread mixture on a cookie sheet and cook at 300°F for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.

SERVING
4. To serve remove from oven, sprinkle with vanilla and allow it to cool.

TIP
To keep the mixture keeps well store in an airtight container.
