Ingredients
  Seasonal fruits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Ripe banana 1⁄2
  Dry instant cereal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Com, Wheat Or Rice Flakes)
  Yoghurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), skimmed, chilled
  Sugar/Equivalent sweetener 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla essence 3 Drop
  Ice cubes 6
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and add all the ingredients in it.
2) Blend them thoroughly with the help of a mixer.

SERVING
3) Serve the chilled fruit punch in tall glasses.
