Wheat Sesame Cereal
|Rolled wheat||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy grits||1 Tablespoon|
|Sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon, roasted and ground|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Bring the water to a boil; add the salt, soy grits, and rolled wheat. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook until the mixture is thick. (Thickening may happen very quickly with some types of rolled wheat.)
Stir in the sesame seeds just before serving. Add honey and milk if you like.
