Ani Phyo's Raw Food Kitchen: Mylk & SmartMonkey Bar Cereal
|For the vanilla milk:|
|Soaked almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pitted dates||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Celtic sea salt||1 Pinch|
|Wafer||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|For the breakfast cereal:|
|Apple||1 , cored, diced|
|Sunflower seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), soaked, dried|
|Buckwheat groats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), soaked, dried|
|Smart monkey bar||50 Gram, dice (1 carrob cake bar)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flax seed||1 Tablespoon|
1)In a blender blend together the almonds, dates, vanilla beans, sea salt and water and blend well until smooth.
2)In two separate bowls place half the amount of each ingredient for the breakfast bowl which are the apples, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, buckwheat groats, raisins and the broken smart monkey bars. Pour some almond milk blended into the breakfast bowls. Mix well.
3)Serve immediately and enjoy!
