Hot Rye and Peanut Cereal

Ingredients
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Rye 1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted in dry skillet and cracked in electric blender
  Peanut flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Molasses 1 Tablespoon
  Wheat germ 2 Tablespoon
  Unhulled sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Bring water to boil in a 2-quart saucepan.
Stir rye into boiling water.
Add peanut flour, salt and raisins and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until the rye is tender.
Add honey, molasses, wheat germ and sesame seeds.
Serve warm, with milk.
