Hot Rye And Peanut Cereal
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Rye||1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted in dry skillet and cracked in electric blender|
|Peanut flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||2 Tablespoon|
|Unhulled sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon|
Bring water to boil in a 2-quart saucepan.
Stir rye into boiling water.
Add peanut flour, salt and raisins and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until the rye is tender.
Add honey, molasses, wheat germ and sesame seeds.
Serve warm, with milk.
