  Rolled rye 1 Pound
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Pound (Raw Or Toasted)
  Bran 1⁄4 Pound

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and store in a tightly covered tin.
Use as a breakfast cereal, adding raw or dried fruit, milk, honey, and/or yogurt; or use in cookie recipes that call for oatmeal.
