Corn Flake Biscuits
|Unsalted butter||7 Ounce (210 Gram)|
|Brown sugar||4 Ounce (115 Gram)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Plain flour||8 Ounce (225 Gram)|
|Cocoa powder||4 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Desiccated coconut||2 Ounce (55 Gram)|
|Cornflakes||3 Ounce (85 Gram)|
|Drinking chocolate/Icing sugar||1 Tablespoon (For Dusting)|
Beat the butter and sugar together, in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and mix until well combined then sift the flour, cocoa powder and the baking powder and mix by hand.
Lastly add the coconut and cornflakes and mix very lightly until well combined.
Place heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture onto two greased and lined baking sheets then bake for 12 minutes.
Cool on the sheets and dust with the sifted icing sugar or cocoa powder just before serving.
