|Raw wheat germ||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raw sunflower seeds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Pitted prunes||12 Ounce, chopped|
Preheat oven to 300°.
Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix honey and vegetable oil together in a small pan and heat until just below a boil.
Stir oil mixture into dry ingredients.
Spread mixture very thinly on two very large flat baking pans or cookie sheets.
Bake, stirring occasionally, for 25 minutes or until mixture is golden.
Remove from pans into a large bowl and immediately stir in prunes.
Store in large container with tight cover.
Eat as a cereal with milk, fruit, nuts, or yogurt added.
