|All purpose flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|

|Unsalted butter||4 Tablespoon, melted|
|Oatmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix the oatmeal, flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl and make a well in the center.
Pour the butter into the well, then mix all the ingredients together with a fork, adding sufficient cold water to give a stiff dough.
Roll out the dough on a surface sprinkled with oatmeal, using a rolling pin that has been sprinkled with oatmeal.
Cut out circles of dough with a floured 3-inch cutter and carefully transfer to a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 30 minutes, until lightly colored.
Leave to set for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
