Fruit and Nut Cereal

|Wheat flakes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sunflower seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Sesame seeds||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen apple juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed|
|Packed light brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canola oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped dried figs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried apple rings||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Chopped dried apricots||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Toasted slivered almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
Coat a jelly-roll pan with no-stick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the oats, wheat flakes, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, apple juice concentrate, brown sugar, oil, and cinnamon.
Spread the oat mixture in the prepared pan.
Bake, stirring occasionally, for 45 to 60 minutes, or until golden brown.
Stir in the figs, apples, apricots, and almonds.
