Ingredients
  Rolled oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Wheat flakes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Frozen apple juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed
  Packed light brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canola oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped dried figs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried apple rings 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Chopped dried apricots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Toasted slivered almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 250°F.
Coat a jelly-roll pan with no-stick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the oats, wheat flakes, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, apple juice concentrate, brown sugar, oil, and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Spread the oat mixture in the prepared pan.
Bake, stirring occasionally, for 45 to 60 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool.
Stir in the figs, apples, apricots, and almonds.
