A Cold Morning For Hot Peanut Cereal

Ingredients
  Water/Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour/Cracked wheat / combination of both making 1/2 cup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raw peanut meal 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soy grits 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or To Taste)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Start heating the water and salt. Stir in the flour, peanut meal, and grits using a wire whisk to stir the mixture smooth. Add the raisins and honey.
While you are adding ingredients to the heated water the mixture will come to a boil. Turn the heat down quickly to avoid a boiled-over mess.
Cook the mixture uncovered over medium-low heat until it thickens, about 10-15 minutes depending on how thick you like it. Serve with milk.
