Crunchy Nutty Cereal

Ingredients
  Wheat germ 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Regular rolled oats 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grape-nuts/All bran 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped cashew 6 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coconut 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shelled sunflower seeds 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dark brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Molasses/Malt syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Oil/Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), melted
Directions

Mix the first eight ingredients in a bowl.
Measure remaining ingredients into a saucepan and heat until blended.
Stir into the dry mix with a fork.
Crumble mixture into 3 jelly-roll pans or shallow bake pans and bake at 275 to 300F.
Stir at 10 minute intervals until golden.
Cool.
When cold store in plastic bags or covered wide-mouthed jars
