Nutty Cereal Snack
|Corn cereal squares||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Bite-Size Crispy)|
|Unsalted roasted peanuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Reduced-calorie margarine||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Creamy peanut butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
Combine cereal and peanuts in a large bowl; set mixture aside.
Combine margarine and peanut butter in a small saucepan.
Cook over low heat until mixture melts, stirring frequently.
Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture; tossing gently to coat.
Spread cereal mixture in a single layer in a 15-x 10-x 1-inch jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 200° for 20 minutes, stirring once.
Turn oven off, and leave cereal mixture in oven 1 hour.
Remove from oven, and spread on wax paper.
Store in an airtight container.
