  High protein rice and wheat cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crushed pineapple 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (In Pineapple Juice ,From An 8 1/4-Ounce Can)
  Ice cubes 3
Directions

1 Combine cereal, yogurt, orange juice, crushed pineapple and ice cubes in container of an electric blender.
2 Cover; process at high speed 2 minutes, or until smooth.
