Cracked Wheat (Bulgur) With Green Peas

Ingredients
  Hot water 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Uncooked cracked wheat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bulgur)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Medium)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Instant beef bouillon/Chicken bouillon 2 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Frozen green peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except frozen peas in 2-quart casserole. Cover tightly; microwave on high (100%) 12 minutes.
2. Stir in peas. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until bulgur is tender and water is absorbed, 7 to 11 minutes longer.
