Cracked Wheat (Bulgur) With Green Peas

|Hot water||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Uncooked cracked wheat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bulgur)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Medium)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Instant beef bouillon/Chicken bouillon||2 Teaspoon|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Frozen green peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
1. Mix all ingredients except frozen peas in 2-quart casserole. Cover tightly; microwave on high (100%) 12 minutes.
2. Stir in peas. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until bulgur is tender and water is absorbed, 7 to 11 minutes longer.
