  Plain croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Small unsalted pretzels 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cheese flavored melba rounds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crispy wheat cereal squares 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bite Size)
  Reduced calorie margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Low sodium worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1

Combine croutons, pretzels, Melba rounds, and cereal squares in a medium bowl.
Combine margarine and next 5 ingredients, stirring well.
Pour margarine mixture over crouton mixture, tossing to coat.
Place in a 15- x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring twice.
