|Unsalted dry roasted chopped peanut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sunflower seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nonfat dry milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 300° F.
In a bowl, combine oatmeal, nuts, seeds, milk and wheat germ.
In another bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and oil.
Stir until smooth.
Stir into dry ingredients and spread mixture into a 9-x-13-inch pan.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with vanilla and allow to cool.
Store in an airtight container.
