  Regular rolled oatmeal 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Not Quick-Cooking)
  Unsalted dry roasted chopped peanut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nonfat dry milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon

Preheat oven to 300° F.
In a bowl, combine oatmeal, nuts, seeds, milk and wheat germ.
Mix well.
In another bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and oil.
Stir until smooth.
Stir into dry ingredients and spread mixture into a 9-x-13-inch pan.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with vanilla and allow to cool.
Store in an airtight container.
