Honey Oats Cereal
|Oats||1⁄2 Pound, rolled|
|Wheat germ||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cashews||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sunflower seed kernels||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Honey||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Pure vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine the oats, wheat germ, almonds, cashews, and sunflower seed kernels.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
4. Turn mixture over and bake for 15 minutes longer.
