Quick Homemade Cereal

Ingredients
  Oatmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened coconut 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), shredded
  Brown sugar replacement 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low calorie margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Liquid fructose 2 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir and fold to blend thoroughly.
Spread mixture on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring or shaking pan occasionally to allow for even toasting of the cereal.
Cool and store in a tightly sealed container.
Cereal may be kept in the refrigerator, freezer, or on a kitchen shelf.
