Quick Homemade Cereal
|Oatmeal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened coconut||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), shredded|
|Brown sugar replacement||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low calorie margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Liquid fructose||2 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir and fold to blend thoroughly.
Spread mixture on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring or shaking pan occasionally to allow for even toasting of the cereal.
Cool and store in a tightly sealed container.
Cereal may be kept in the refrigerator, freezer, or on a kitchen shelf.
