Corn Flake Cookies
|White vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Granulated sugar replacement||2 Teaspoon|
|Liquid fructose||1 Teaspoon|
|Cornflakes||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), crushed (Unsweetened)|
Beat egg whites until frothy.
Add salt and continue beating until stiff.
Beat in vinegar, vanilla, sugar replacement and liquid fructose; lightly fold in cornflakes.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, 2 to 3 in. (5 to 7 cm) apart.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
