Healthy Raw Breakfast Cereal

A quick ,filling and healthy raw breakfast!
Ingredients
  Almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chop
  Pumpkin seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), slice
  Banana 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), slice
  Almond milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Agave nectar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix the nuts, seeds, strawberries, banana and agave nectar

SERVING
2. Serve with cold almond milk.

TIPS
You can also use ground flax or hemp seeds for that essential fatty acid.

NOTE
The nuts and seeds have been soaked for about eight hours with a change of soak water about 1/2 way into it and drained and rinsed to reduce enzyme inhibitors , making them more digestible.

You can either dehydrate the nuts for it to be crunchy or just store them in a glass jar in the fridge.
