Cooked Cereal can be a healthy head start. As easy as boiling water, the healthy breakfast can be prepared in less than 10 min. Next time when you look for a different breakfast menu, try this easy Cooked Cereal recipe.
Ingredients
  Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cereal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Bring water to rapid boil in 2-quart sauce pan.
Add salt.
Gradually add cereal, stirring constantly until well blended.
Reduce heat to low and cover sauce pan.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes or as directed on package.
