Country Breakfast Cereal is an amazingly delicious mouth watering breakfast recipe. Serve it to your family; I bet you will get a lot of compliments for this one!
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon (Optional)
  Honey/Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh fruit 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins/Chopped prunes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooked brown rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)

Combine rice, milk, raisins, margarine, cinnamon, and salt in 2- to 3-quart saucepan.
Bring to a boil; stir once or twice.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until thickened.
