Cornflake And Coconut Macaroons has a great taste. Cornflake And Coconut Macaroons gets its taste from eggs, cornflakes and coconuts
|Egg whites||2 Large|
|Desiccated coconut||2 Ounce|
|Cornflakes||1 Ounce, crushed|
|Ground almonds||2 Ounce|
|Castor sugar||3 Ounce|
|Almond essence||2 Drop|
Whisk egg whites, add all other ingredients.
Knead well and put into small paper cases.
This makes about 16-18 cakes.
Bake for 15 minutes in centre of moderate oven (375°F.€”Gas Mark 5) until golden brown.
