|Bulgur||1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken bouillon/Beef bouillon||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add bulgur and onion; cook until onion is golden and clear.
Add broth and seasonings.
Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer 15-20 minutes.
Serve with any meat. (You may add a small can of mushrooms or some sliced fresh ones.)
