Appetizer Caviar Potatoes
|New potatoes||12 Small|
|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Commercial sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Red caviar||1 Tablespoon|
Scrub potatoes thoroughly, and rub skins with oil, bake at 400Â° for 30 minutes or until done.
Let potatoes cool to the touch.
Cut each potato in half crosswise, and carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
Combine potato pulp and melted butter, mash well.
Spoon potato mixture into shells, top potatoes with sour cream and caviar.
