Caviar Eggs

Ingredients
  Hard boiled eggs 6
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Caviar 2 Ounce
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Onion juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Scoop out egg yolks, and mash.
Add mayonnaise, caviar (reserving a little for garnish), pars-ley and onion juice.
Taste for seasoning, and add salt if necessary.
Heap mixture into egg whites, and garnish with caviar.
Chill.
