Caviar Potatoes

Ingredients
  New potatoes 7 Small
  Commercial sour cream 8 Ounce
  Black caviar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Gold caviar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or just until tender.
2 Remove from the water.
3 Allow to chill.
4 Slice the potatoes crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
5 On a serving platter, arrange the potato slices.
6 Top each slice with 1 teaspoon sour cream and 1/4 teaspoon caviar.

SERVING
7 Serve at once.
