Caviar Ball

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 package)
  Bouillon granules 1⁄4 Teaspoon, dissolved in 1 teaspoon hot water (crystals)
  Hot water 1 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Caviar 8 Ounce (2 jars, 4 ounce each, red or black)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, cream together cheese, bouillon, water, onion and mayonnaise.
2. Shape into a ball and frost completely with the caviar.

SERVING
3. Serve on a bed of endive or romaine lettuce, garnished with clusters of Olives a la Grecque.
4. Serve with rye saltines or melba toast.
