Caviar With Classic Garniture
|Beluga caviar||8 Ounce|
|Hard boiled egg whites||2 , finely chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, finely chopped|
|Sour cream||4 Tablespoon|
1) Toast thin bread slices and butter them.
2) On a large serving tray, place the Beluga Caviar at its centre.
3) Serve the egg yolks, egg whites, onion and lemon wedges in 4 small bowls.
4) Arrange the bowls around the serving tray.
5) Serve Caviar With Classic Garniture with toasted, buttered bread on the side.
