Ingredients
  Black-eyed peas 16 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Italian dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Oil Free)
  Green chilies 4 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Italian seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red pepper flakes 1 Dash, crushed
  Tomatoes 2
  Green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
Directions

MAKING
1.Mix together first 6 ingredients.
2. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
3.Add in green onions and tomatoes.
4. Toss well.

SERVING
5. Serve caviar with pita wedges or Melba rounds.
